Refund & Cancellation Policy
Liveaboards cancellation 60 days or more before you the date of departure will result in the return of payment minus any bank charges incurred and deposit paid.
Liveaboards cancellations less than 60 days will result in all payments lost in way of compensation for lost bookings and fees already paid.
We advise strongly to keep us abreast of any potential changes to your booking at the earliest convenience, this will help us to be able to assist you better and recover your losses where possible.
All course cancellations are treated in the same way as the Liveaboard cancellation policies minus any student materials provided (such as manuals but not limited to).
Any cancellations during the course will result in all funds being retained.
If you cancel your reservation after day 1 of the course, we retain the right to keep any payments made.
Day Trip Cancellation Conditions
Under normal circumstances, day trip cancellation request within 14 days is usually honoured in full minus any bank, card or any other charges incurred by us during the transactions -taking the exchange rate into consideration.
Although it is possible though highly unlikely that a trip may be cancelled due to bad weather or because of dangerously high seas a total refund, minus charges incurred, will be granted.
If the trip is cut short by such conditions then a partial refund may be offered this is at our sole discretion and all trips can be altered at the operator's captains or dive trip leaders discretion again this is very unusual and always for matters of safety.
If the Liveaboard trip you are booked on is cancelled due to an insufficient amount of customers we will contact you with the appropriate course of action including, and not limited to, finding another similarly priced vessel. If the new trip price is less than the original the difference will be refunded.
This is another unlikely scenario that rarely happens at all.
Full Boat Charter
Where are full boat charter has been reserved cancellation must be made at least 90 days in advance for a refund minus the deposit and any bank charges incurred.
Changing your booking
If you want to alter your booking in any way after you have made the original booking, we will assist in any positive way we can, there may be fees incurred by you depending on the changes required wherever possible we will keep these charges to an absolute minimum.
All cancellations to be made as soon as possible by email so we can help assist you the best we can. IE: by reselling the trip on to other customers enabling you to recover more of your unfortunate losses.
