Liveaboards Phuket - Thailand

MV Hallelujah

The Boat

MV Hallelujah Liveaboard trips are for 4 days and 4 nights and this is the perfect length of time to see the wonders of the Similans Islands.

The Similan islands must be seen to be believed. They are a group of nine islands gently kissed by the Andaman Sea. They lying just a few miles off the coast of Khao Lak they can also be reached easily from Phuket too.

MV Hallelujah also visits the amazing dives sites of Richelieu Rock, Koh Tachai and Koh Bon.

If you do not have time for a Phuket Liveaboard Trip then Day Trips are also available.

MV Hallelujah is 35 meters in length and has so much space your comfort is guaranteed.

The boat is made from steel and sits very sturdy in the water and is one of the safest boats in the Similans.

There are 13 air-conditioned en-suite cabins that can hold a maximum of 25 guests.

The sun deck is the best place on board to watch the sunrise and great to watch it set again.

There are also several sun loungers and plenty of padded mats for you to chill out on maybe to read you can listen to your favourite tunes or (the most popular most time of all) enjoy a power nap between dives.

If the sun is not your thing then we have you covered, as a large sunshade keeps half of the deck hidden from the daytime sun’s rays.

The Sundeck is perhaps the quietest part of the boat and the panoramic views can be quite spectacular.

UPPER DECK

The upper deck is where guests usually spend most of their chill-out time. Large, comfortable and shaded seating areas are at the front and rear of the boat. The bridge is where the captain controls the boat from and can be visited for those interested in everything of a nautical nature.

There is an air-conditioned lounge which is the main dining area and the best place to meet the other divers and crew. Enjoy the large TV and sound system. Several desks in the lounge have power outlets for those doing photo editing on board.

MAIN DECK

The main deck is where all the guest cabins are situated (with the exception of the VIP cabin which is on the upper deck). All cabins have large windows which offer dazzling views of the scenery, as we sail on, along their own en-suite bathroom with hot shower.

From the main deck is where we can also access the dive platform. Guests have their own storage space to keep dive equipment safe. We have large freshwater tanks for camera equipment. The dive platform allows direct access to the sea.

Cabins

  • Standard Twin Cabins are positioned on the main deck.

  • Air-conditioned, en-suite cabins have large windows offer magnificent views.

  • Beds are arranged into bunks, perfect for single travellers and couples.

  • Deluxe Double Cabins are also located on the main deck.

  • They offer the same fantastic views, with much larger windows.

  • En-suite facilities include hot shower, toilet, and sink for privacy and handiness.

  • The VIP Single is the only cabin on the upper deck of Hallelujah.

  • Enjoy the best views of the Similan Islands. One large window, en-suite facilities, TV, fridge and work desk.

  • The VIP is a very comfortable and luxurious cabin.

Food
What makes Hallelujah such great value is that all food and accommodation are included in the price and the food is absolutely delicious.

Our two chefs, Anne and Ratatouille, are highly experienced and extremely helpful and kind. They take great pride in their work and will prepare almost any food requested.

If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know as soon as possible.

The MV Hallelujah Liveaboard has both indoor and outdoor dining areas where you can dine. Our chefs will cater to your needs allowing you to sample the delights of both Thai and international cuisine.

Enjoy a light breakfast of tea, coffee cereal, fruit and toast before the first dive.

After the first dive, you will be served a buffet breakfast bacon, eggs, ham, sausages and other delights.

A buffet lunch is served after dive two which is usually Thai cuisine, then after the third dive tasty snacks are served up then after the fourth and final dive of the day evening meal will commence.

Equipment
All of our dive equipment is regularly maintained to the highest level and stored carefully on the boat. If you have your own equipment we can help clean it for you or if you prefer, as many do too, clean it yourself

We offer free Nitrox to everyone with the enriched air certificate and if you do not have this cert, then we can help you get it onboard. It is only a short course and as we are on board we can do it for a very fair price.

Much of the best marine life is down deeper. If you want to see the biggest and most colourful corals, or go hunting for Seahorses at Richelieu Rock, you will want to stay deep. Nitrox gives you longer bottom times allowing you to explore the best areas of the Similan Islands.

If you require rental equipment then please let us know your sizes. A full set of rental equipment is available for 600฿ per day, or free with any diving courses.

Crew

MV Hallelujah Liveaboard only furthers this reputation for quality service. On board, we have a multi-lingual staff that is able to speak English, French, German, Thai, and Japanese. If you have language requirements beyond these, we can accommodate any requests.

Our staff has many years experience of working on dive boats in the Similans and know all the dive sites like the back of their hands. We have a rule of a maximum of four divers per instructor unless requested otherwise. The only thing you will need to worry about onboard is relaxing too much.
